On Tuesday I picked up a copy of the November issue of British Cosmopolitan with Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes on the cover. In The UK Cosmopolitan is issued a month in advance so it feels like I’ve been waiting for forever to buy this. I went to buy a copy last week but it wasn’t in yet. I joked that because I was wearing my Saturdays charm bracelet it would be waiting for me this week and it was!
Also, inside the magazine were two samples: Hugo Boss’ Ma Vie Pour Femme and Rimmel’s Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation in Ivory. I liked the perfume and it stayed on well for a sample but I haven’t used the foundation yet.
My love for The UK and all things British is out of this world and I instantly fell in love with the canvas I purchased this week! It features the names of different tube lines in London and the colour of each line. It is a dream of mine to move to The UK so until I get there I can at least decorate with British memorabilia.
This morning was another case of waking up early and not being able to get back to sleep. I woke up shortly before 6am and after lying in bed and making an action plan for the day I decided to get up and make an omelette for breakfast. Normally I have fruit for breakfast but I felt like a change today. I’m not the most confident when it comes to cooking but the omelette was a success – the flip even went perfectly! I sprinkled the top with grated cheese and garnished with salt and pepper. Yummy!
