Hi everyone, hope you all had a lovely weekend! It’s hard to believe we are less than a month away from Christmas and I am doing my eleventh monthly favourites already. I know everyone keeps saying this, but where has the year gone? This month I’ve got beauty, fashion and music. These favourites are also some of my highlights for the whole of 2015, not just November.
Onto this month’s favourites:
1. Ellie Goulding – Delirium – I have spoken many times about being a huge fan of Ellie’s and this month I was so excited for her to release her third album Delirium. (I even dedicated a post to the day I got the album; Get Ready With Me: Weekend Glam). Ellie was my very first concert in 2014 and I can still remember the day I purchased her first album over five years ago. Something I really admire about Ellie apart from her angelic voice is her songwriting ability. She tells a story with her lyrics but she can also write a kick-ass pop song! Delirium is her most ‘pop’ album to date and at first I was worried. Even though I love pop music I didn’t want Ellie to leave her differences and quirks behind. I have constantly been playing the album and it gets better with each listen. It feels cohesive and current and Ellie’s voice is still centre stage. Standout Tracks: Aftertaste, Something In the Way You Move, Keep On Dancin’, On My Mind, Holding On For Life, Love Me Like You Do, Don’t Need Nobody, Army, Lost and Found and Outside. (Pretty much the whole album).
2. MAC Blankety – I picked up Blankety a couple of months ago making it my fourth MAC lipstick purchase! This shade was recommended to me by a fellow blogger, Cat, and I have to say, I love this one for everyday wear. Blankety is a soft pink beige and has an amplified finish meaning it is super creamy and has excellent coverage/pigmentation. I have been reaching for Blankety quite a bit this month, particularly if I’m going for more of a bold eye or a dark eye as it helps to brighten things up.
3. Maybelline ‘The Nudes’ Palette – There was no way this baby wasn’t going to be a favourite! I have pretty much used this palette everyday in November and I love it so much! The colours can all be worn with each other and the looks you can create are endless. The eyeshadows don’t have any fallout, the pigmentation is really good and I cant find anything to fault. 4. Dannii For Target Dresses – I’ve made no secret about wanting to own pieces from Dannii Minogue’s Petites clothing range since the first drop in August 2014. A week and a half ago all my prayers were answered when I found two dresses for sale on New Zealand’s eBay equivalent. Both dresses arrived last week and they are incredibly gorgeous. The proportions are perfect and for the first time in a long time I felt beautiful in my clothes.

November Spotify Playlist
Without realising it my monthly playlists seem to develop a theme. Last month it was ‘Artists I’ve Listened To For Years’ and this month it’s ‘British Artists’. This playlist is one of my personal favourites that I’ve created and I hope you enjoy it too!
