As of Monday I have decided to take on Jen Selter’s 30 Day Squat Challenge. I heard about it from my brother as he and some of his workmates are also attempting it. I don’t know how tough it will be, but I’m up for the challenge!
I have copied the program into an Excel spreadsheet with three columns; Date, Day and Number of Squats (all pretty self explanatory) and printed it off to keep in my Filofax. After the required amount of squats are completed each day I will highlight that row as shown in the picture below:
Has anyone else tried this challenge? Let me know if you have.
